How do you calculate it?

This calculation is based on the concept of LCA (Life Cycle Assessment). LCA refers to the comprehensive and quantitative evaluation of the environmental impact that occurs in all processes (lifecycle), including material procurement, manufacturing, distribution, disposal, and recycling. The CFP value displayed this time is calculated and added to the greenhouse gas emissions emitted during the production and cooking stages of ingredients.
