NHK's "Close-Up Today" held a talk event "Climate Change and the Future of the Earth" last December 13 with the cooperation of the University of Tokyo.

The second half of the event was a panel session with three professors of UTokyo, Ms. Kuwako(announcer), and two UTokyo students.

A GXSN member (Graduate School of Humanities and Sociology, Tomoya Akiyama) took the stage to discuss the theme of "How to face climate change" from the perspectives of "companies" and "society.
